Pre Lodge Assessment -Required Before Lodge & Learn

Your dog must complete a 1-hour Pre-Lodge Assessment before attending our Lodge & Learn programs. This ensures the program is a perfect fit for your dog and allows us to tailor their training plan for success.

Why the Pre-Lodge Assessment is Important

During this assessment, we will:

• Review your dog’s temperament, behaviour, and social skills

• Identify training needs and goals for their Lodge & Learn stay

• Ensure your dog can safely and comfortably participate in our boutique program

• Provide you with advice and guidance on preparation for their stay

This step is essential for us to meet you, for you to meet us and ensure we can set your dog up for success during their stay and importantly, when they head home! 

What Happens During the Assessment

• One-on-one session with Jess Kaddatz, Qualified Veterinary Nurse and Training Expert.

• Behaviour evaluation and basic obedience review

• Discussion of your goals, your dog’s routine, and any special requirements

• Recommendations and next steps for their Lodge & Learn program

Health & Safety Requirements

• Vaccinations must be current

• Flea, tick, and worming treatments must be up to date

• Any medical conditions or medications must be disclosed

• Duration: 1 hour

• Location: Yugar, Queensland, 4520

• Bring your dog’s vaccination records and any relevant medical information. Prescription oral and injectable medication can be administered as required.
